TASK 4 : MY RECIPE 

SPANISH OMELETTE 

INGREDIENTS :

- Potatoes 

- Onions                                                                                         

- Salt 

- 150 ml olive oil

- Eggs                                                                     

DIRECTIONS : 

- 1. Cut the peeled potatoes in half lengthwise.

- 2 . Place potatoes and onions into a large bow and mix them together . Salt the mixture. 

- 3. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat by hand with a whisk or fork.

- 4. Put the olive oil in the pan and brown the omelette on both sides

- Cashier : Good morning. Can I help you ?

- Cashier : They are next to the bread and pasta.

- Customer : How much is it, please ?

- Cashier : Your total is $ 23, 50.
